Alexa Kya Hai?

Arre bhai, aaj kal toh har ghar mein koi na koi virtual assistant hi hogi! Jab bhi Amazon ki Alexa ke baare mein sunna hota hai, toh laga hi rehta hai ki yeh kya cheez hai? Sunte rehte honge ki log bol rahe hain "Alexa, gaana bajaao" ya "Alexa, lamp on kar do." Par jantehi nahi honge peeche ki poori technology kaunsi hai?

Aaj ke iss post mein hum poori tarah se samjhenge ki Alexa kya hai, kaise kaam karti hai, aur baaki virtual assistants se kya antar hai iska.

Alexa ek virtual assistant hai jo Amazon ne develop ki hai. Yeh AI (Artificial Intelligence) aur NLU (Natural Language Understanding) par based ek voice assistant hai. Simply put, Alexa ek computer program hai jo aapki voice commands understand kar sakta hai aur unpar actions le sakta hai.  

Alexa ki awaaz har jagah sunai deti hai through the Alexa-enabled devices jaise Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Fire TV wagairah. Inme Alexa jo voice commands sunti hai, uske mutaabik who audio responses deti hai.

1) Voice Recognition

Jab aap Alexa ko "Alexa" kehke bulaa lete ho, tab Alexa activate ho jaati hai aur aapki aawaz recording shuru kar deti hai. Yeh recorded audio clip cloud par bhej di jaati hai processing ke liye.

2) Speech to Text

Alexa ke cloud processor aapki voice audio translate karte hain simple text mein. Yeh text based commands hi Alexa ko aage pata chalta hai ki user kya chahta hai.

3) Natural Language Processing

Textual commands ko Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms analyze karte hain taaki unka matlab aur intent samajh mein aa sake. Matlab agar aapne kaha "Alexa, kaun banega crorepati download kar do" toh Alexa samajh jaati hai ki aapko skills download karni hai.

4) Intent Matching

NLP analysis ke baad, Alexa aapki command ko already pre-fed data se match karti hai aur dekh leti hai ki aapne kya maanga hai - ek service chedna hai, information maangni hai, ya koi aur command di hai.

5) Response Generation

Agar matching intent mill jaata hai Alexa ko, toh woh predefined response deti hai. Jaisa ki uppar ke example mein - Alexa samajh gayi ki user ko ek Alexa skill download karni hai, toh woh skill download karke waapis aawaz sunayegi "Ok, maine kaun banega crorepati install kar diya hai"

6) Voice Output

Alexa response ka text aawaz mein convert ho jaata hai through Text-to-Speech engines, jo aapko audio output de deta hai.

Kaafi log Alexa ko privacy ka hanan maante hain kyunki yeh har waqt record kar rahi hoti hai aur feed bheji jaati hai cloud pe. Iss information ka misuse ho sakta hai.

2) Expensive Setup

Alexa devices setup karwana thoda mehenga padh sakta hai, especially agar aap pura smart home banaana chahte hon.

3) Internet Dependency

Alexa ko kaam karne ke liye hai hi internet ki zaroorat padti hai kyunki processing cloud par hoti hai.

4) Errors & Misunderstandings 

Kabhi kabhi Alexa galat commands ko bhi execute kar deti hai kyunki who misunderstand kar leti hai command ko.

5) Limited Functionalities

Har kaam ko Alexa nahi kar sakti hai, usme kuchch functionalities hi limited hain. Matlab kuchch cheezon ke liye aapko physical device pe hi kaam karna padta hai.

Is tarah se Alexa ek bahut smart aur useful virtual assistant hai par kuchch limitations bhi hai. Lekin ab toh duniya bhar ki leading tech companies apni apni Alexa jaisi hi AI assistants developtkar rahi hain. Jaise Google ne Google Assistant banayi hai, Apple ne Siri banayi, Microsoft ne Cortana banaya hai.
